James W. Mitchell (Billy), born and raised in Texas and served his country in the United States Army for nearly eight years before beginning his career as an Investigator. He has since climbed to the top specializing in marital misconduct, insurance fraud and covert (hidden) cameras. He has preformed work in the areas of product infringement (music, movie and NBA), Loss Prevention, Security, Missing persons, Workers comp, Auto accidents, background investigations and more.
